H2 Cylinder Valve (MV380) with Optional Temperature and Pressure Sensor
Manual shut-off valve with a 90° lever handle for safe opening and closing. Our manual valve ensures the reliable shut-off of cylinders used in hydrogen transport systems, such as Multi Element Gas Containers (MEGC). Optional features include live monitoring of pressure and temperature, as well as the integration of a Thermal Pressure Relief Device (TPRD) for controlled pressure release in the event of a fire.
H2 Middle Plug and H2 End Plug
This safety devices reliably protects hydrogen-filled cylinders against explosion of a vehicle fire. When the temperature at the Thermally Activated Pressure Relief Device (TPRD) reaches 110 °C (± 10 °C), the integrated glass bulb inside the plug activates and bursts. As a result, the TPRD opens automatically and releases the hydrogen in a controlled manner through a connected vent line. This defined pressure relief prevents uncontrolled pressure build-up inside the cylinder and significantly reduces the risk of rupture or explosion.
